May 6, 2026Our Sts Peter and Paul ʻohana joins the Church throughout Hawaiʻi in offering heartfelt gratitude for the faithful and devoted ministry of Bishop Larry Silva, as the Holy Father has accepted his resignation as Bishop of Honolulu. We thank Bishop Larry for his many years of humble and steadfast service in shepherding the people of Hawaiʻi with faith, wisdom, and pastoral charity.With joy, we also welcome Reverend Michael Castori, SJ, appointed by the Holy Father as the next Bishop of Honolulu.
