Our emergency food pantry is available to our Kupuna and Families in need
O clement, O loving, O sweet Mother Mary,
We, your children of every nation,
Turn to you in this pandemic.
Our troubles are numerous; our fears are great.
Grant that we might deposit them at your feet,
Take refuge in your Immaculate Heart,
And obtain peace, healing, rescue,
And timely help in all our needs.
You are our Mother.
Pray for us to your Son.
Amen.

The Hawaii Foodbank has been working in overdrive providing unprecedented amounts of food through its 200 member agencies, several of whom are food pantries in our local parishes. To aid in our community’s COVID-19 recovery, the City & County of Honolulu and the Hawai‘i Community Foundation (HCF) is making it possible for the Hawaii Foodbank to coordinate large food distributions at four new locations across O‘ahu beginning Thursday, April 30, 2020.
The goal of this initiative is to have two distributions per week alternating at four venues: 1) Kaka‘ako Waterfront Park, 2) Kaiaka Beach Park (Hale‘iwa), 3) Waimānalo Recreation Center, and 4) Waipi‘o Soccer Complex. Dates and times for each event will be posted on Hawaii Foodbank’s website one day before each distribution. (www.hawaiifoodbank.org/covid-19)
Four food partners – Sysco Hawaii; Hawaii Foodservice Alliance; Hawai‘i Ranchers Kaua‘i, Hawai‘i Island, Maui and O‘ahu; and Hawaii Farm Bureau– will provide high-quality food products for an estimated 4,000 households at each distribution site
